PR Senior Account Executive (SAE)

 Client Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their

needs are met through effective communication.

 Content Development – Draft and finalize pitches, press releases, thought leadership

articles, fact sheets, talking points, proposals, and other PR materials.

 Media Relations – Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, pitch stories,

secure coverage, and prepare reports.

 Event Planning – Coordinate and manage logistics for media and client events, ensuring

successful execution.

 Business Development – Identify new business opportunities, draft proposals, and

participate in pitches.

 Account Development – Support upselling and cross-selling to existing clients while

driving account growth.

 Team Leadership – Mentor interns and associates, oversee quality of work, and

contribute to learning initiatives.

 Quality Assurance – Deliver and review work to maintain the highest professional

standards.

 Collaboration & Innovation – Work with internal teams, contribute fresh ideas, and

stay ahead of industry trends.

 Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or

related field.

 At least 3 years of proven PR/Communications experience

 Strong media relations network and excellent writing skills (press releases, pitches, and

thought leadership).

 Ability to manage multiple accounts, events, and campaigns simultaneously.

 Experience mentoring junior staff is an added advantage.

 Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy is an added advantage.

 Strong problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and cultural alignment with

Newmark’s values.
